Did you know that without warming up your email, 50% of your cold emails could land in spam?
And if you’re a bulk sender with a poor sender reputation, this could rise to 80% or more!
In other words, ignoring email warm-up could cost you big bucks.
To warm up your email, you need an email warm-up service.
Unfortunately, some warm-up services do more harm than good, which is why we have reviewed several of them.
Today, we’ll review Mailivery.

Mailivery Features 🕵️
  • 👉 Removes emails from spam and replies to them: Mailivery uses AI to generate positive interactions with your emails.
  • 👉 Replies are real replies, not separate messages: i.e., replies stay in the same conversation thread.
  • 👉 Reporting dashboard: Analytics of the warm-up process. It tells you how many warm-up emails have been sent and how many have landed in the inbox vs. the spam or category folders (Promotions tab, etc.).
  • 👉 Unlimited inboxes: Every Mailivery paid plan comes with unlimited inboxes you can warm up.
  • 👉 Manage your team’s activity straight from the dashboard: Add up to 10 users to your Mailivery account.
  • 👉 10,000 real email addresses to send your warm-up emails to: No fake accounts like some warm-up services use.
  • 👉 Actionable tips to improve your deliverability: Mailivery analyzes how your emails are received and gives customized recommendations based on that data.
  • 👉 Blacklist checker: Mailivery monitors blacklists for your domain and lets you if it finds a match.
  • 👉 Custom warm-up templates: Allows you to keep your email content consistent and on topic. As an added benefit, you’ll find out how email service providers receive your content.
  • 👉 Limited free plan available: Send 10 warm-up emails/day and get replies to 10% of your emails. You can “warm up” 5 inboxes on this plan, but it’s only available to 1 user. Besides, with only 10 warm-up emails daily, you will not warm up 5 inboxes. Still, it’s a good way to get to know Mailivery better.
Mailivery Pricing 💵
Apart from the free plan mentioned above, Mailvery offers three paid plans. All paid plans have unlimited email inboxes.

  • ➡️ The Starters plan costs $29/month and comes with a free 7-day trial. With this plan, you can send up to 100 emails/day and get a 30% response rate to your emails. The Starters plan allows a maximum of two users, but you can warm up unlimited inboxes with it.
  • ➡️ The Professional plan ramps up the numbers. It allows you to send up to 600 warm-up emails daily. You will get replies to 55% of your emails, and 4 users can use the account. Of course, with the account limits increased, the price will also go up: $79/month.
  • ➡️ Mailivery’s best plan is the Business plan. Going for $199/month, it isn’t cheap but it offers sending limits suitable to companies that send out emails in large quantities. With the Business plan, you can send up to 2000 warm-up emails daily. The replies stay at 55%, but that’s more than enough, given that a higher reply rate would actually raise suspicion among email service providers. You can add up to 10 users to the Business plan.
For any plan, you’ll get a 25% discount if you pay yearly.
