Hello lemwarm users! 👋
Understanding user permissions in lemwarm is crucial for managing your team effectively. Let’s break down the different roles, their access levels, and how to assign or modify them. 😊
User Roles in lemwarm and Their Permissions 📋
1️⃣ Admin
- Full access to all features in every account they are part of.
- Exclusive access to the Cockpit menu.
2️⃣ Member
- Access to everything except the billing section.
- Cannot:
- Invite or remove users from the team.
- Change their own role or another user’s role.
3️⃣ Extern
- Limited access:
- Can only view reports for their team account.
- Requires password-less login enabled during the invitation process.
How to Assign or Change User Roles 🤔
Assign Roles When Inviting a New User:
1️⃣ Go to Cockpit > Team.

2️⃣ Click Invite Users, and a pop-up window will appear.

3️⃣ Choose one of the following options:
- Add as Paying Seat: Assigns a seat to the user, requiring a paid subscription.
- Add as Guest: Available only if you have a lemwarm subscription. Guests do not occupy a paid seat.
💡 Tip: You can invite multiple users as admins or members in bulk for efficiency.
Change Roles for Existing Users:
1️⃣ Go to Cockpit > Team.

2️⃣ Locate the user whose role you want to modify.
3️⃣ Select their new role from the available options.
