learn how to handle your different teams as an Agency
It depends if your client's account already exists or not.
Yes!
You may want to archive some of your client teams with which you're not working currently without getting rid of them entirely.
👉 Archiving them will make your cockpit look a little cleaner, showing only the active clients in the main view.
👉 Archiving the clients instead of removing them allows you to still have access to all the data of the account including their invoicing which is important for your accounting.
👉 Fear not: when you're archiving a team, it's normal that you do not see it anymore from your list of teams menu:
Here's a quick loom on how to use the cockpit archiving feature:
You sure can. Just remember that once you do delete a client's team from your cockpit, you loose access to it.
With this in mind, always remember to follow those 3 steps:
1- Make sure that the plan has been cancelled if needed, you can do that from your Cockpit - Billing
2 - Download that team's invoices in case you might need them for your accounting later, also from your Cockpit - Billing
3 - Finally, choose to remove your Supervisor user from said team from your Cockpit - Teams, and TA-DA! the team will be gone from your cockpit!
