Understand the Plans & Billing section

If you want to understand how to navigate your plans & billing section, you've come to the right place!

Hi there!

💡 First of all, please note that only users with an Admin role have access to the Plans and Billing section.

To access it, look into your left menu and go to ➡️ Settings ⏩ Plans & Billing

 

Now that you're there, here's everything that you can do from that section:

👁️ Invoices management:

  • Check when your next invoice is due
  • how much that next invoice will be
  • check and download your invoices by clicking on the eye

💳  Manage your billing details

  • check in a glimpse which credit card is currently used to pay for the plan
  • access and modify the billing address by clicking on the pen
  • change the credit card for another by clicking on the pen

📧 Automatically send my invoices to a specific email address

  • Find the « send invoices to » section and click on the pen to edit
  • You’ll get to enter and save up to 2 email addresses to which you want to send your invoices automatically.

⚙️ Choose / update / cancel your plan

👉 I want to choose my plan
  • find the product you're interested in and click on Choose plan
  • Choose the type of plan that's you're interested in, for how many seats and if you'd prefer a monthly or a yearly subscription:

👉 I want to upgrade / downgrade my plan
  • find the product and plan you are interest in upgrading or downgrading.
  • click on Manage plan
  • If you want to upgrade or downgrade the number of seats click on the - or + bottom at the top
  • If you want to change for a monthly / yearly subscription, switch the button on the top right corner
  • if you want to upgrade / or downgrade to an upper / lower plan, simply choose the plan you're interested in 😃

👉 I want to cancel my plan
  • Click on Manage plan for the product concern by your need
  • Click on Cancel your current plan
  • You'll be asked to confirm that you need to cancel by clicking on the button Cancel my lemlist subscription
  • Once you have cancelled, you should see a little warning icon next to your plan, and when hovering above it, we will tell you when exactly your plan will be over:

👯‍♀️👯👯‍♂️ I want to see who is using seats in my team.

Still in your Plans & Billing section, if you were to scroll down a little, you'll get to see which users are currently using some of your paid seats:

💡 If you're trying to downgrade the number of seats for a specific plan and you can't, it's probably that you need to disable seats first.

I.e: I'm currently paying for 101 seats and 57 are currently used.

If I were to go and downgrade my seats, I would not be able to downgrade under 57 seats because 57 users currently have a seat that is enabled.

If I wanted to downgrade to 56 seats, I would need to disable the seat of one user.
